Tustin has three very different kinds of homes. Old Town Tustin has houses dating back more than a century, with the quirks that come with them. Tustin Ranch was built mostly in the 1980s and 90s and is now hitting the age when original equipment wears out. Tustin Legacy, on the former Marine Corps base, is newer construction with tighter building envelopes. Each needs a different approach to ducts, insulation and air quality.
Sky Clean Air recently expanded into Orange County, bringing Tustin the same crew and the same standards we've kept in San Diego. We clean ducts and dryer vents, repair and replace AC and heating systems, add attic insulation and improve filtration. In older Old Town homes, we'll tell you what's realistic. In Tustin Ranch, we'll help you plan for aging equipment. In newer Legacy homes, we'll keep your system running the way it should.
What We See in Tustin Homes
- Old Town homes may have limited attic space or retrofitted ducts.
- Tustin Ranch systems from the 1980s–90s are nearing replacement age.
- Tighter newer homes depend on good filtration and fresh-air ventilation.
