The City of Orange mixes Old Towne's historic homes, many from the early 1900s, with postwar tract neighborhoods and newer hillside homes in Santiago Hills and Serrano Heights. Inland and close to the foothills, Orange gets hot in summer and catches the full force of Santa Ana winds in fall, which bring dust and, some years, wildfire smoke. Older homes often have limited ductwork and thin insulation, while newer ones deal with long attic runs.
Sky Clean Air has recently expanded into Orange County with the same crew and standards our San Diego customers know. In the City of Orange, we clean ducts and dryer vents, repair and replace AC and furnaces, add attic insulation and set up better filtration for windy or smoky days. In Old Towne, we'll respect the character of an older home and tell you straight what's feasible before we start.
What We See in Orange Homes
