Los Alamitos is a small city on Orange County's western edge, sitting right next to the Joint Forces Training Base. Its homes are mostly single-family houses from the 1950s and 60s, with some newer townhomes mixed in. Being a few miles from the ocean, it gets some marine-layer dampness in the mornings along with cooler winter nights, and older ductwork tends to collect dust and moisture over the years.
Sky Clean Air recently expanded into Orange County, and Los Alamitos gets the same crew and standards we built in San Diego. We clean ducts and dryer vents, repair and replace furnaces, heat pumps and AC, and add attic insulation. Before the holidays bring guests and closed-up windows, a duct cleaning and furnace check can make the house feel noticeably fresher, and we'll quote it in writing first.
What We See in Los Alamitos Homes
- Many 1950s–60s homes are still running older ductwork.
- Morning marine-layer dampness can leave ducts smelling musty.
- Closed-up winter homes recirculate whatever dust is in the ducts.
